 Interference Syndrom

Interference Syndrom (or the French for Syndrome d’ Interférence or Syndrome d'Ingérence) is an administrative disease that characterizes people who go beyond their job descriptions, usurping the power, trying to please their line supervisors and managers, but by violating the rights of their colleagues in relation to their job descriptions, through their tendency to be seen as the man who did it all without the participation of his colleagues and on behalf of them.

People suffering from such a disease may be at risk of developing a kind of Occupational Rage, making them people with conflict within the group and as a result, jeopardizing the proper functioning of the administrative system.

Antidote:

To remedy this poison, the patient must first demonstrate knowledge of his duties, the limitations of his role and, especially, cultivate discipline, selflessness, humility toward all, and collaboration. He should also know that there will always be someone who knows more than he does in his field.

Watu wengi wanaowaona waganga wa asili wanawajulisha kwamba walitumia sumu ila hawajuwi mahali ambapo waliweza kutana na watu walio wapa hio sumu. Hatunabudi kujuwa kwamba kuna magonjwa kadhaa ambayo zina alama nyingi zinazofanana. Magonjwa mengi yanagunduliwa kiisha tuu kufanya examen ya laboratoire. Ndiyo maana hatupaswi kukimbilia tuu kusema kwamba tulikula sumu bila kujihakikishia kupitia majibu ya examens za laboratoire.

Watu wanao uguwa magonjwa yafuatayo, wanaweza kudanganywa  kwamba walekula sumu na wengi, mara nyingi, wameambiwa kwamba ni majirani wasiowapenda ndio chanzo cha sumu hizo:

• Vidonda kwenyi estomac-ulcères- ama ugonjwa wa estomac tuu,
• Homa ya matumbo ama fièvre typhoide.
• Ugonjwa wa mkoyo ambao unaitwa infections urinaires.
• Matatizo inayotokana na chakula ama complications alimentaires.
• Shida ya chakula isiyopatana na blood group ama groupe sanguin ya mtu.
• Kuhara na kutapika.
• na mengine kadha wa kadha.

Tujulishe ya kwamba hata watu wanaouguwa magonjwa yasiyopona kama vile sida, wanadanganywa saana na "madaktari bandia" kwamba walitumia sumu na kwa hiyo ingelikuwa muhimu kwao wangeanza kutibiwa nao kupitia majani ya asili.

Tujuwe ya kwamba mtu anapotumia dawa ya sumu ijapokuwa hana hiyo sumu mwilini, hapo ndipo tunaweza sema kama alikula sumu sababu ametumia dawa ya ugojwa asiyokuwa nayo. Hapo sasa anaji intoxiquer na kuna hatari nyingi kutokana na hali hii sababu hajuwi lile analolifanya na mganga wake naye hamsaidii hata kidogo anapompa dawa bila kujihakikishia kimbele mtu huyo anauguwa nini.

SYNDROME D'INGERENCE

Interference Syndrom(ou syndrome d'ingérence) est une maladie administrative qui caractérise les personnes qui vont au-délà de leurs attributions, usurpant du pouvoir en voulant plaire à leur hiérarchie mais violant les droits de leurs collègues de service par rapport à leurs job descriptions par leur tendance à paraitre comme étant l'homme qui a tout fait sans les autres et au nom des autres. Les personnes souffrant de cette maladie peuvent courir un risque de développer une sorte de rage professionnelle, ce qui fait d'elles des personnes à conflit au sein du groupe et comme résultante, la mise en péril du bon fonctionnement du système administratif.

Antidote:
Pour rémedier à ce poison, le patient doit d'abord faire preuve de connaissance de ses attributions, maitriser les limites de son role et surtout cultiver la discipline, l'abnégation, l'humilité envers tous et la collaboration.

Aussi, devra-t-il savoir qu'il y aura toujours quelqu'un que s'y connait plus que lui dans son domaine.
