SYNDROME D'INGERENCE

Interference Syndrom(ou syndrome d'ingérence) est une maladie administrative qui caractérise les personnes qui vont au-délà de leurs attributions, usurpant du pouvoir en voulant plaire à leur hiérarchie mais violant les droits de leurs collègues de service par rapport à leurs job descriptions par leur tendance à paraitre comme étant l'homme qui a tout fait sans les autres et au nom des autres. Les personnes souffrant de cette maladie peuvent courir un risque de développer une sorte de rage professionnelle, ce qui fait d'elles des personnes à conflit au sein du groupe et comme résultante, la mise en péril du bon fonctionnement du système administratif.

Antidote:
Pour rémedier à ce poison, le patient doit d'abord faire preuve de connaissance de ses attributions, maitriser les limites de son role et surtout cultiver la discipline, l'abnégation, l'humilité envers tous et la collaboration.

Aussi, devra-t-il savoir qu'il y aura toujours quelqu'un que s'y connait plus que lui dans son domaine.
